Support Request for 1Call Customers Without a Support Contract
 

This site is designed to address the needs of our 1Call customers who do not have an Amtelco Support Contract. Support Contracts are available for Amtelco systems and include technical support time. If you wish to purchase or are interested in more information about an Amtelco Support Contract, please contact Rick Meier at 1-800-356-9148 ext. 448.

When you submit a request for support, you agree to pay for the service provided. Requests for support will generate an email message to Amtelco Field Engineering. These requests are placed in the general queue for callbacks. Your request will be responded to as quickly as possible during normal business hours. Requests for support placed at the end of the business day may receive a response the following business day.

  • Non-Contract Technical Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. Emergency After Hours Support is available Monday through Friday 5:00 P.M. to 8 A.M., weekends, & holidays. 

  • Amtelco accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard. 

  • Cost for Non-Contract Technical Support is $695.00 per call. Cost for Emergency After Hours Support is $995.00 per call. 

  • Calls exceeding 1 hour will be required to submit additional requests. 

  • Emergency After Hours Support is available by dialing 608-838-7064.
